A respected professional, Helen has 26 years of banking experience and spent 18 years as a Business Consultant and Administrator specializing in Medical Practice Management. She is a Life Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), the highest credentialing attainable in the field. Her professional paper, “Exploring the use and effectiveness of behavior style analysis tools in the medical practice” was published in their COLLEGE REVIEW, Fall 1996. Although the research was related to medical practices, the application is relevant to all business types and she has utilized the concepts and assessments for over 26 years in training workshops for her clients and various non-profit entities. As a distributor of Target Training International, Ltd. (TTI) TTI Success Insights® Behaviors and Motivators and TTI Insights™ Job assessment tools in her consulting business, Helen customizes solutions to everyday business problems utilizing these tools. She has presented workshops on the subject at the National meetings for the Medical Group Management Association, American Society of Ophthalmology Administrators/Surgeons and Medic Computer Systems (now Misys Group) and for many local groups and organizations. Helen specializes in ensuring her clients obtain meaningful day-to-day implementation of her problem-solving recommendations. As a Business Banker, Helen assisted clients in the areas of Business Lending (SBA and conventional) and business financial management, has worked with virtually all types of businesses, and will continue consulting in these areas to help her clients attain financial success.

A resident of Pasco County, FL, for 16 years and a Leadership Pasco Alumni, Helen currently serves on the Board for AMIKids Pasco. She is a former member of the American Cancer Society Pasco Unit Board (and served as Co-Chair, 2011 Cattle Barons’ Ball Committee) and CARES. As a community service to CARES, Helen conducted Customer Service training sessions for CARES’ employees that are currently utilized for all new hires. She is a member of the West Pasco Business Alliance and has presented several workshops for its members.
